Description

• Responsible for building and leading data governance initiatives in Salesforce. • Guide system owners and collaborate across multiple departments. • Oversee Salesforce as the primary system of record, ensuring data accuracy. • Identify and resolve critical data issues like duplicates and inconsistencies. • Organize and lead monthly data governance meetings and report on progress. • Assist in field justification exercises for business systems with stakeholder groups. • Implement tools and processes to continuously monitor data quality. • Ensure teams meet service level agreements while improving data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) - 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Governance. • Salesforce expertise: Proven experience managing Salesforce as a primary system of record. • Leadership experience: Demonstrated ability to manage a team and collaborate cross-functionally. • Data accuracy and remediation skills: Experience identifying and resolving critical data issues. • Cross-functional experience: Ability to work closely with multiple teams for data governance. • Analytical mindset: Strong understanding of data metrics and reporting. • Excellent communication and organizational skills: Able to run monthly data governance meetings. • Industry experience in SaaS or Fintech is preferred.
