Description
• Be a part of the Operations Strategy team. • Build dashboards and visualizations around Operations processes and metrics. • Create comprehensive financial models and reports to facilitate optimal fulfillment/warehouse performance. • Be the go-to person for data requests in the Ops team. • Monitor progress on department KPIs. • Identify patterns and outliers in data, presenting findings to support strategic decision-making. • Conduct regular reviews of existing processes to ensure efficiency and recommend optimizations. • Support the team in creating documentation, SOP’s, code repositories, and updating project management tools. • Be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science preferred. • 1+ years of experience in an analytical role in Logistics, Operations, Inventory Planning, or similar fields. • Experience working within management consulting. • Proactive problem-solver and process-improver with a collaborative mindset. • Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting. • SQL and Excel mastery. • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
