Requirements

• Experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in the fintech space, ideally in the crypto space. • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape. • A business development background is a plus. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage a diverse community. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Experience as an SEO and ASO Specialist or similar role is a plus. • Experience in working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers. • Fluency in Arabic & English is required to effectively coordinate with partners and stakeholders.
