Requirements

• Passion and Proactivity: Demonstrates a strong interest in cryptocurrency trading and business operations, with a proactive work attitude. • High Responsibility: Detail-oriented and dependable, able to respond to and handle client business needs efficiently. • Strong Communication Skills: Capable of facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal teams. • Quick Learning Ability: Interest in Futures Business processes and technical knowledge, with the ability to quickly understand and assist with relevant tasks. • Proficiency in English and proficiency in a second language is preferred for handling bilingual communication tasks. • Preferred Qualifications: Basic data sensitivity, able to identify issues in data and provide initial feedback. Basic technical knowledge of API integration and trading system operations is a plus.
