🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sanctions compliance, financial crime, or a related field, preferably within the cryptocurrency/digital assets industry. • The candidate should have at least 2 years of leadership experience. • Strong knowledge of global sanctions regulations and frameworks, e.g., OFAC, EU, UN, HMT. • Strong experience with sanctions screening systems, e.g. Refinitiv, Neterium, etc] and blockchain analytics tools, e.g. Chainalysis, Elliptic. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Outstanding communication and people skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a team. • Relevant advanced degree or professional certifications, e.g. CAMS, CFE, CAMS-Audit, CAMS-RM, ICA, etc.
