Requirements

• 5+ years compliance and/or monitorship management experience. • Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulations, compliance policies, standards, and procedures. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization while maintaining close contact with relevant teams across multiple locations. • Excellent problem solving, communication and written skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts into a format digestible by a diverse audience. • Strong project management skills with the ability to create external facing material in conjunction with internal stakeholders. • Proactive and diligent teamwork, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. • Highly organized and capable of dealing with complex projects. • BA degree or international equivalent. • Experience gained from crypto/fintech is preferred
