Requirements
• Degree in Finance/Accounting, CIMA/CGMA or equivalent qualification is preferred. • 3-5 years related work experience in finance, audit is also considered as we welcome anyone who would like to switch career path from other finance roles to FP&A. • Strong analytical skills, sense of urgency, pay attention to details is essential. • A self-starter who takes initiative, be dedicated, set and drive toward goals. • Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure. • Excellent communication and people skills.
