Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or KYC/KYB roles • Proficient in English and Thai. • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Passionate for customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts, including night shift. • Positive about the crypto industry. • Experience handling confidential information
