Requirements

• At least 6+ years of experience in growth, operations, or marketing in the crypto or financial services industry, with a focus on user acquisition, retention, and affiliate marketing • Strong understanding of Futures Trading: In-depth knowledge of crypto Futures trading products, including futures and perpetual swaps • Affiliate Program Experience: Proven experience managing and scaling affiliate marketing programs, with a strong understanding of affiliate acquisition and incentive models • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize strategies for user acquisition and retention, as well as affiliate program performance • Creative Marketing Skills: Proven ability to create innovative growth strategies and execute successful marketing campaigns in a highly competitive market • Excellent Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with external partners and affiliates • Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and act upon them independently • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly preferred to be able to coordinate with overseas partners/stakeholders, managing global/regional Futures users and affiliates
