Requirements

• 5+ years financial regulatory industry experience, preferably at a crypto native business, fintech, broker-dealer, investment adviser, asset manager, or bank holding company. • Excellent knowledge of the products offered by Binance and the technology behind the products. • Commercial awareness and focus on the application of regulation within the business. • Up to date knowledge of recent regulatory developments. • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. • Knowledgeable about regulatory expectations with regard to product governance and the implementation of appropriate systems and controls across different business profile types.
