🎯 Requirements
• Strong education background from fields of finance, engineering, or mathematics. • 8+ years of experience as an OTC Sales Trader in the financial or crypto industry, with proven team lead experience. • Proven experience in handling OTC transactions across Spot & Fiat assets. Derivatives OTC sales experience is a strong plus. • Proven experience in agency executions trades (TWAP, etc.), and risk management. • Excellent analytical skills, team-player, resourceful, hands-on, and takes initiative. • Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and comfortable to communicate with a global team across different geographies and functions. • Experience in electronic OTC flows, structured products, or DeFi trading is a plus. • Ability to work with Python and SQL is a plus.
