Requirements

• 7-15+ years of progressive, multidisciplinary HR experience, ideally, within international Tech and/or Crypto companies. • Business level English. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage, for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders in the company. • HR experience in organizational design, talent development, performance management, business consulting, C&B, recognition programs, culture, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent acquisition, employee relations. • Extensive experience in people programs and best practices - and a track record of prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions that address the needs of the business. • Deep knowledge for the labor law, ideally, within multiple regions. • Working knowledge of HR operations including new-hire on-boarding, facilitating performance evaluation, and data consolidation / management of employee workload balance. • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities. Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of complex strategy discussions. • Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability.
