Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Previous experience in in-house executive search teams or executive search agencies. • 5+ years of experience in executive sourcing or talent acquisition specifically focused on sourcing senior/executive-level candidates. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Experience sourcing for critical roles in diverse industries such as technology, finance, crypto, or other specialized sectors. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage high-level talent. • Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and executives. • Strong team player with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with external candidates.
