Requirements

• Bilingual(Chinese and English) is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. • Has experience in Agile project management and web3-related working experience. • Clear thinker and creative problem-solver, able to glean insights, develop a vision and bring it to life with actionable plans. • Excellent project or operational management with a bias towards action, adept at building and managing a process and have experience writing technical or process-based design documents. • Self-starter and ability to drive the project end to end, effective skills at tracking effort and project progress, able to facilitate communication between team membersAbility to thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources, high intensity and cross-functional dependencies.
