Description
• Deliver value-add services to customers • Participate in providing third-line customer support • Plan and deliver services to customers under Binary Stream best practices • Conduct requirements gathering as needed to determine customer needs • Collaborate with the Sales team to promote revenue growth • Fulfill administrative processes as necessary to ensure reporting and invoicing are completed promptly
Requirements
• Advanced working knowledge of financial ERP software, AX/D365 F&O • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Hands-on database analysis, manipulation and reporting experience (MS SQL Server preferred)
