📋 Description
• Seek a motivated Sales Specialist in the North Atlantic Region for a 1 year maternity leave cover • Primarily responsible for selling Company's products and services • Manage and nurture customer accounts, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships • Promote ACD’s RNAscope technologies and advocate for new products • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and achieve business goals • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to improve products and address market challenges • Conduct product demonstrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and host promotional seminars • Submit timely reports on activities, expenses, and forecasts
🎯 Requirements
• B.S./B.A. in a Life Science discipline or closely related field, M.S., Ph.D. or M.B.A. a plus • Experience in reagent and/or technology platform sales is desirable • Knowledge of the Gene Expression or Functional Genomics, or a related market is a must • Requires ability to travel extensively within the territory, and other countries as required • Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid passport which allows travel internationally • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Experience working with USA or other multi-national companies advantageous • Ability to implement strategic and tactical plans both independently and with a team
