📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of user requirements from draft to implementation • Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including business managers, application users, project managers, developers, and testers • Conduct stakeholder interviews to define comprehensive user requirements • Plan and facilitate meetings to drive requirement generation and communicate implementation plans • Build user requirement documentation according to client or internal Clario processes • Analyze current application capabilities and define the scope of changes and release roadmaps with stakeholders • Educate testers and developers on requirement specifications to ensure accurate implementation • Coordinate and oversee User Interface Testing with key stakeholders • Draft and implement user guides and training documentation for new products • Understand and address the specific needs of the Imaging business unit • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and engineers • Maintain a prioritized feature list and assist in developing business justifications • Work with operational and business leaders to define product strategy and roadmaps • Ensure alignment between product development and overall company goals • Provide ongoing training and support to users of new AI systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a similar role may be considered in lieu of a degree • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst • Experience in pharmaceuticals or imaging services (preferred) • Strong understanding of requirement analysis and specification development • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to manage meetings and collaborate with diverse stakeholders • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
