Description

• Recruit top talents to build and retain a high performing team. • Set goals, coach, mentor, do one-on-ones with direct reports and run annual performance reviews. • Provide overall engineering vision, technical guidance, and planning to the team by working with architects and business owners in context of a fast paced, agile environment. • Perform resource capacity planning, manage budget, build roadmaps, and be the point of contact for customer escalations. • Develop strategy for maintenance and continued support for software applications. • Drive development and deployment of modern platform solutions build on Cloud-Ready Architecture using Microservices Architecture via CI/CD pipeline. • Participate in Portfolio and Release Planning with business owners, architects, QA and the development staff. • Improve developer productivity through better tools, processes and frameworks. • Evaluate and propose bleeding-edge tools and engineering best-practices. • Ensure that proper procedures and development milestones are defined in advance and observed in process. • Assure that complex, auditable and documentation is systematically prepared on time. • Assemble, monitor and assure adherence to an aggressive release cycle. • Attend technical conferences, seminars and workshops to keep abreast of latest and modern trends in building software applications that directly relate to the business. • Participate in hiring events and be the technology evangelist for the products and solutions at Clario. • Care deeply about building reliable, robust and performant applications. • Passionate about software development by contributing to open source, speaking at development conferences, blogging, and/or side projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum of 8 years of technical experience. • Demonstrable and substantial experience in leading and managing teams of software developers. • Performance and line management of highly skilled teams. • Ability to envision and deliver software solutions that meet user needs and/or solve business problems. • Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously. • Ability to articulate and gain engagement for ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Knowledge of clinical trails workflows & data management • Excellence in working with cross functional Agile teams • Excellent experience in UI development, UI Frameworks such as Angular • Demonstrable experience in AWS and .NET technologies • Demonstrable experience in CI/CD
