• Leading all phases of study management: Planning, Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout. • Gathering customer requirements and communicating with internal teams. • Developing and maintaining study documentation. • Managing equipment distribution and tracking. • Creating and distributing reports and archiving study data. • Setting and managing customer expectations. • Overseeing study timelines and financial components: Conducting budget reviews and revenue forecasting. • Managing scope changes and invoice reconciliation. • Identifying and mitigating potential risks, escalating issues as needed. • Fostering collaboration and effective communication within teams to meet project goals. • Applying problem-solving strategies to address customer issues and ensure timely resolutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or proven project management experience in the industry. • PM Certification (if applicable). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. • Strong knowledge of the drug development process. • 1-4 years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (fluent in English). • Detail-oriented with a responsive attitude to inquiries and requests.
