Description

• Drive and enable delivery workstream for eCOA business line. • Define, document and manage complex R&D projects. • Enforce standards of practice and lead adoption of industry standard process frameworks and tools. • Identify, assess and manage risks to project success. • Manage and coach the Agile Release Train (ART) as Release Train Engineer (RTE). • Ensure quality reviews meet established schedules and procedures. • Manage change control procedure. • Provide effective leadership to project team. • Create business readiness plan. • Determine readiness levels of business users regarding upcoming changes.

Requirements

• BA, BS or equivalent. • PMP preferred • SAFe RTE certification or equivalent preferred • 10+ years’ experience managing the building and delivery of scalable, high-performance, reliable, highly available distributed software systems • 10+ years’ experience gathering and documenting technical requirements in a regulated software development organization. • 10+ years’ experience managing a cross-functional matrix of product management engineering leadership, engineering and information technology resources • Basic experience in GxP documentation especially in project initialization and engineering documentation. • Proven ability to effectively manage projects using modern project management tools and techniques • Produce high quality results and drive forward progress while managing deadlines • Experience reporting project status to and taking direction from executive leadership
