Description

• Proactively source, screen, and engage with qualified technical & clinical candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media and referrals • Work roles in Costa Rica and provide recruitment support for North America when needed • Represent and promote the company’s employer brand through networking and engaging with potential candidates • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with job requirements • Collaborate with hiring teams to evaluate candidate qualifications • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for key roles, anticipating future hiring needs and ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and define candidate profiles • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, ensuring best practices for attracting industry talent • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement • Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment progress • Partner with Hiring Manager and HR to develop effective job description and sourcing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, experience may be considered in lieu of degree • 3+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting within a pharmaceutical environment • Advanced knowledge in the areas of sourcing passive and active candidates utilizing sourcing tools • Bilingual is a must (English & Spanish) • Experience with one or more applicant tracking system • Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices required
