• Early Detection Made Simple™ • Denver, CO based BioIntelliSense, Inc. is an award-winning health monitoring and clinical intelligence company. • The Sr. Director of Data Science will lead data science initiatives, developing algorithms, and synthesizing data sources. • This high visibility role creates clinical intelligence applications and drives internal innovation with data sources.
🎯 Requirements
• MS or PhD in statistics, bioinformatics, computer science, engineering or related field and 3+ years of management experience • 4+ years of work experience as a data scientist, preferably in healthcare settings • Familiarity with traditional healthcare data streams such as ICD-10 diagnosis codes and other electronic medical record information • Strong coding skills in Python • Strong experience working with cloud platforms and technology stacks (AWS and Databricks preferred) • Broad knowledge of data technologies and processes: Cloud, Unstructured, Big Data, MDM, Data Quality, ETL • Proven track record driving complex projects from initiation to completion • Exceptional communication skills, including interfacing with external stakeholders and presenting to executive leaders • Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
