📋 Description
• BioMarin is a global biotechnology company that relentlessly pursues bold science to translate genetic discoveries into new medicines. • Responsible for creating drugs for clinical trials and scaling production for the commercial market. • Transform Supply Chain’s operational standards and systems for global commercial requirements. • Develop and implement improved supply chain processes and KPIs based on data analysis. • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure Supply Chain strategies align with corporate strategies and portfolio lifecycles. • Manage a high-performing team and facilitate execution of Supply Chain business operations. • Benchmark industry standards for supply chain excellence. • Develop Supply Chain’s digital strategy and roadmap.
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of supply chain experience with understanding of supply chain and operations processes. • Experience in GMP production, supply planning, corporate strategy, logistics, and project management. • Proven track record of developing end-to-end supply chain strategies and programs. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business; post-graduate education preferred. • Experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology industries, or other highly regulated industries. • Experience in design, build, and optimization of supply chain processes and systems. • Proven track record in developing and deploying structure and process for leading supply chain. • Excellent interpersonal and demonstrated influencing skills. • Experience managing interdisciplinary development teams. • APICS, Lean, and/or Six Sigma certifications. • SAP implementation experience.
