Description
• We are seeking an eager and proactive Legal Counsel to join our team in a rapidly growing web3 organization. • Supporting the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel with a wide range of responsibilities at the intersection of corporate, intellectual property, gaming, financial, compliance, and crypto law. • Working on general regulatory compliance, legal and governance structuring, and transaction-related matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements with third parties. • A unique opportunity to contribute to some of the most innovative projects in the Web3 gaming industry and adjacent industries, while developing your legal expertise. • The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of post-qualified legal experience, either in a law firm or with a web3 company, with a passion for the evolving intersection of law and technology.
Requirements
• 2+ years of post-qualified experience working within the legal industry, preferably in an internationally recognized law firm or an established web3 company. • Multidisciplinary background with experience in one or more of the following subject areas of law: gaming, intellectual property, corporate structuring, capital markets, tax, compliance and crypto regulations in jurisdictions such as the EU, UK or US. • Interest in, and Intermediate knowledge of, the crypto industry and blockchain technology, including smart contracts. • Proactive in keeping up to date with regulatory developments. • Team-oriented and collaborative. • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English, enabling clear and effective communication. • Proactive and flexible availability, willing to adapt to changing circumstances and contribute when required.
