📋 Description

• Are you passionate about marketing in the video games industry? Do you have a knack for web3 technologies? If so, we invite you to join our fully-remote team at Merit Circle DAO. We are continually seeking new talent to enhance our Marketing team, supporting our efforts in managing strategies and campaigns for Merit Circle, Beam, our game partners, and studio projects. • This evergreen position is designed to grow our talent pool for future hiring needs. You will play a crucial role in managing and executing marketing tasks, supporting campaign strategies, and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing efforts. This is a unique chance to be part of a fast-paced company at the forefront of web3 gaming, collaborating with some of the most innovative teams in the industry. • For this role, we require candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the video games industry and a proven track record in web3 marketing. You will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing content, managing social media channels, and coordinating marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. We are on the lookout for creative thinkers with strong analytical skills, capable of measuring campaign success and iterating based on data-driven insights. Additionally, we value individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. • Your day-to-day activities as a team-member in Marketing can include:  • Manage marketing calendars, keeping track of schedules, deadlines and project progress. • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. • Provide support with the marketing efforts for our game partners and studio projects. • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and communications. • Support with social media account management - including content scheduling, posting and basic analytics. • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Monitor, track and report on marketing campaign performance and metrics. • Provide support with other marketing assignments as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the video game or web3 industry • Above basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, NFTs, and/or blockchain technology, understanding their relevance and application within the gaming sector. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics tools • Good understanding of marketing principles and practices • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
