Description
• Specific knowledge of financial markets including a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem. • Familiarity with the fund accounting lifecycle and operational functions to strike a net asset value. • Preparation and maintenance of portfolio investment master and trade processing from various exchanges. • Valuation of investments and booking of fund operating expenses. • Assistance with onboarding of new launches and evaluation of new processes for operational efficiency.
Requirements
• Four or more years of experience in hedge fund or private equity accounting roles. • Hands on experience with fund accounting software, including Geneva, FundCount, InvestOne, or VPM. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact both internally and externally in a professional manner with clients and colleagues. • Experience with cryptocurrency assets. • CPA, CFA or MBA preferred but not required.
