🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI or comparable BI platforms, with demonstrated success in a software and subscription business model environment. • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dataflows), data modelling, and integration with tools like Salesforce, SQL Server • Proven ability to design and interpret analytics for recurring revenue, customer retention, and subscription growth metrics. • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and inspire teams to embrace data-driven practices. • Strong track record of training or mentoring others, with excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. • Skill in translating complex business challenges—especially subscription-based KPIs—into clear, impactful visualizations and insights. • Familiarity with data privacy regulations, security protocols, and BI deployment best practices. • Proactive approach to resolving technical and operational challenges.
