📋 Description
• Looking for a driven and motivated HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary basis. • Manage HR operations across multiple regions, including Serbia, Bulgaria, and other regions such as the UK and the USA. • Focuses on supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, managing benefits, and handling a variety of HR-related projects as they arise. • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve HR-related issues, and offer guidance on HR policies & processes. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all supported regions. • Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company benefits. • Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and assist with HR payroll input and administrative tasks as necessary.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as HR Generalist, or similar HR role, preferably with a focus on multiple regions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and regions. • Strong analytical, organizational and skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Fluency in English (additional language skills in Serbian, or other relevant languages are a plus). • Experience working with Bamboo HR is a plus.
