📋 Description

• The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our platforms, joining a small Global Team reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations. • The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules. • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Creating and Managing Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, lightning apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports. • Sandbox environment management. • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience. • Identify unused or underutilized platform features. • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders. • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer. • Change requests completed on time. • Monitor and improve user adoption. • New user and ongoing user training. • Technical documentation. • Comfortable with dealing with large data volumes.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience as Salesforce Administrator • Experience with configuring Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals • Fluency in English, both written and spoken • Commercial experience and understanding of Sales Processes • Positive and can-do attitude • Detail and customer orientated with good multitasking and organizational ability • Must be able to maintain objectivity, demonstrate diplomacy and tact in all situations • Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality • Problem solver and detail orientated • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Experience absorbing information quickly from a business perspective and translating this into technical requirements • Experience with Account Engagement • Preferred Knowledge and experience in any of the following is a plus • Salesforce Certifications (especially Salesforce Administrator) • Previously used Salesforce as an end user • Salesforce Billing experience
