📋 Description
• Responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of Salesforce platforms • Manage user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules • Configure Salesforce changes including creating and managing Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, lightning apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports • Manage sandbox environment • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions • Identify unused or underutilized platform features • Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders • Manage data quality and implement rules and automation as needed • Conduct proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer • Monitor and improve user adoption • Provide new user and ongoing user training • Create technical documentation
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years’ experience as Salesforce Administrator • Experience with configuring Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals • Fluency in English, both written and spoken • Commercial experience and understanding of Sales Processes • Positive and can-do attitude • Detail and customer orientated with good multitasking and organizational ability • Must be able to maintain objectivity, demonstrate diplomacy and tact in all situations • Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality • Problem solver and detail orientated • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Experience absorbing information quickly from a business perspective and translating this into technical requirements • Experience with Account Engagement • Preferred Knowledge and experience in any of the following is a plus • Salesforce Certifications (especially Salesforce Administrator) • Previously used Salesforce as an end user • Salesforce Billing experience
