• As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual content that communicates our brand story and engages our audience across various platforms. • This role requires a mix of creative vision, technical expertise, and collaboration to produce high-quality designs for digital media. • You will work closely with marketing, product, CRM, and web teams to deliver cohesive and visually appealing content. • Duties will include but are not limited to: • Develop and produce high-quality graphics for digital media, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communication. • Create compelling visual concepts that align with our brand identity and business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions for various projects. • Creation of brand identity and working closely with marketing to keep all creatives innovative and brand story compelling. • Ensure all design work adheres to our brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all platforms. • Update and refine the brand's visual identity as needed to reflect evolving trends and business goals. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continually improve design processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print design projects. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus. • Strong creative vision with the ability to think strategically, creatively, and execute concepts from ideation to completion. • Attention to detail and the ability to solve design challenges in innovative ways. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and within a team in a deadline-driven environment. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Preferred, but not a necessity: Experience in motion design, animation, or video editing. • Understanding of SEO and web analytics as they pertain to design. • Illustration skills and ability to translate brand stories to media effectively.
