Description

• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including bloggers, media groups, hotels, and airlines. • Ensure growth in Korean-speaking markets by spearheading new partnership opportunities. • Grow and optimize existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long-term partnerships. • Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners. • Account manage new affiliate partnerships, from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimisations. • Closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, including carrying out fraud checks. • Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels. • Strategic management of budget within the Korean Market. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in the Korean market, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Korean speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • English level is B2-C1 • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing in Korea or with the Korean market, with a proven track record of success in driving traffic and conversions. • Manage invoicing and payouts where needed. • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. • Be comfortable with negotiating deals, working on contracts, and co-ordinating between global and local teams. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making. • Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in the travel industry or familiarity with international SIM cards and mobile connectivity solutions is a plus. • Ability to work with international teams, in different time zones.
