• The mission of our Community Manager is to strengthen the brand's presence and reputation among English-speaking audiences through proactive social media management. • This role involves fostering meaningful engagement, effectively handling interactions on digital platforms, and creating strategic content that resonates with the target audience. • The Community Manager will play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness and cultivating positive relationships with followers and potential customers.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, community engagement, content creation and customer service • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing • Technical or technological certifications in Social Media • Fluent English and Spanish; • Ability to interpret complex data sets from social media platforms and analytics tools to derive actionable insights • Experience aligning social media efforts with broader marketing and business objectives to drive measurable results • Comprehensive knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) that apply to the role • Commitment to staying updated on evolving social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize performance • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities
