• As an Mobile User Acquisition Manager at Holafly, you will focus on driving growth for our app through strategic acquisition campaigns. • You will manage user acquisition efforts across multiple platforms, optimize campaign performance, and collaborate with teams to ensure the app meets its growth targets. • This role works closely with the ASO team, product team, and external agencies to deliver measurable results. • Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta, and TikTok. • Optimize campaigns to achieve key metrics like CPI, ROAS, and user retention. • Partner with the ASO team to align acquisition strategies with app store optimization efforts. • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ads tailored to app marketing channels. • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics 4, providing insights for improvement. • Work with the product team to optimize the app funnel, focusing on user engagement and in-app conversions. • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing app-focused marketing campaigns on platforms like Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta and TikTok. • Knowledge of app tracking tools such as Adjust or Appsflyer and strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. • Experience working with ASO teams to drive app growth is highly valued. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Fluent in English, additional languages, especially Asian languages, are a plus. • Proactive and adaptable, with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
