• ezCater connects workplaces to 100,000 restaurants nationwide. • Seeking an experienced product manager for API integrations portfolio. • Collaborate with POS solutions and third-party companies for B2B experience. • Lead integration projects with engineering and operations stakeholders. • Identify customer needs and develop solutions through research, design, UX, and analytics. • Own the success of integrations establishing roadmaps and analyzing metrics. • Explain complex topics to diverse audiences effectively.
Requirements
• 5+ years of product experience leading roadmap development and projects. • 2+ years experience integrating solutions with third-party applications via API integrations. • Experience preferred with point of sale systems. • Insanely autonomous individual who sets and commits to a schedule. • Agile and flexible with high growth operations experience. • A creative problem solver with a deep understanding of products and partners. • Data-driven, capable of creating reports/analytics via SQL and familiar with Postman.
