Description

• We are looking for a US-based Sales Manager (Americas) to join us. • You will play a vital part in leading and building out a team of SAAS Account Executives. • Establish strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs. • Work closely with internal teams to exceed client expectations. • Drive Sales to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved. • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of a team of Account Executives. • Take ownership of the client engagement and sales process. • Oversee the sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools and data analysis. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Sales Management experience, including at least 2 years leading a successful, high-growth, SAAS sales team within an enterprise software company. • Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models. • Experience of working with/selling to Property Managers (STR, multi-family, student housing) preferred. • Experience working very closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams. • Demonstrated experience in scaling a team in a fast-growth tech start-up. • An enthusiastic leader with the skills to attract talent, build teams, and inspire as well as teach others. • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth. • Nice to have: Spanish language skills (not essential)
