• Develop, program, and report on patient surveys • Draft surveys to measure performance of PatientConnect campaigns • Conduct background research on market landscape • Track survey development and updates • QA/test and launch surveys on Alchemer • Prepare monthly survey performance reports
🎯 Requirements
• BA or BS • 1 year of experience in market research projects • Critical attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects • Intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative approach across teams • Willingness to ask questions and learn from mistakes • Nice to have: background in data analytics, familiarity with US healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, experience with SurveyGizmo or similar
