📋 Description
• Join the Kevel Team as a Post-Sales Solutions Architect - a vital member supporting customers post-sale. • Ensure successful implementation, integration, and adoption of Kevel’s solutions. • Provide technical guidance, training, and support during onboarding. • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and collect feedback. • Act as the primary technical contact, driving relationships and understanding objectives with technical audiences.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in a Post - Sales Solutions Architect role and/or relevant technical role. • Highly passionate and curious self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced start-up. • Significant experience working with REST APIs and a highly technical product. • Exceptional communication and project management skills. • Comfortable speaking with technical and non-technical audiences. • Previous coding experience; knowledge of JSON and basic code is expected. • Independent problem solver will find the most success.
