Description

• Responsible for visiting existing BTM locations for routine inspections, installations, and repairs • Largest Bitcoin ATM Network offering users ability to buy and sell Bitcoin at thousands of locations • Travel outside of home market up to 75% for inspections and servicing • Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures • Perform and oversee routine inspections and testing of products • Commission and prepare BTMs for installation • Physical installation at approved sites • Training customers and vendors telephonically and in-person • Document quality assurance activities and create reports • Assist team members and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• MUST reside in the Charlotte area • Three years of experience in ATM or BTM industry • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with customers • Strong communication and organizational skills • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues • Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team environment
