Description

• Travel outside of home market up to 75% to inspect, service, install, and repair BTMs • Implementing quality assurance policies and procedures • Performing routine inspections and testing of products • Commissioning and preparing BTMs for installation • Installing BTMs at approved sites • Maintenance of BTMs including servicing and replenishment • Training customers and vendors • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating reports • Reporting problem resolutions to Tech Support Manager • Assisting team members and performing assigned duties

Requirements

• MUST reside in the Pittsburgh area • Three years of experience within the ATM or BTM industry • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time • Attention to detail • Technical aptitude • Ability to work independently and in a team
