Description
• Visiting existing BTM locations for routine inspections, installations, and repairs • Implementing quality assurance policies and procedures • Planning, performing, and overseeing routine inspections and testing of products • Commissioning and preparation of BTMs for installation • Conducting ongoing maintenance of BTMs • Training customers and third party vendors • Documenting quality assurance activities • Reporting problem resolutions to the Tech Support Manager • Assisting team members and performing assigned duties
Requirements
• MUST reside in the Richmond area • Three years of experience within the ATM or BTM industry • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to travel up to 75% • Technical aptitude for installations and repairs • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Valid driver's license
