Description

• BitMEX seeks a Senior Sales Manager to grow crypto derivatives trading through community engagement and sales strategies. • Responsibilities include identifying new clients, conducting market analysis, and driving revenue growth through compelling content and events. • Collaborate with teams to align marketing and product efforts while fostering community relations.

Requirements

• Experience engaging with clients and strong know-how of the Crypto industry • Minimum of 4 years of in-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and related financial products • At least 10 years of overall experience is a sale, business development or growth position, where you have a track record in revenue generation • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies • A trader yourself with a solid track record of personal trading in the crypto derivatives market, demonstrating a deep understanding of trading strategies and market dynamics • Strong understanding of digital currencies and passionate about the space • A deep passion for the cryptocurrency industry and a commitment to staying informed about its developments • An entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to work well under pressure, thrive working under limited direction, and a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership • Must be comfortable with networking • Business proficiency in English and ideally a second language • A good team player with strong interpersonal skills • Proficiency with standard business end user computing applications and social media • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales & Community Manager
