• The Trading Engine sits at the core of the BitMEX platform and handles all brokerage and trading aspects. • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trading Operations Engineer to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day exchange operations, ensuring smooth deployments, and providing exceptional support to our systems. • Your work will range from addressing time-sensitive issues to managing platform changes.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering: Possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience in Finance: Demonstrated background in the finance industry, particularly with trading systems. • Interest in Cryptocurrency: Strong interest in the cryptocurrency trading sector. • Improvement-Oriented: Ability to identify and implement improvements in both technical and process-related areas. • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Independent and Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating self-motivation.
