You are a ‘second-line’ (2LOD) officer responsible for implementing, maintaining and operating Bitpanda’s global outsourcing strategy and framework. As part of your remit, you will take on the role of ‘Outsourcing Manager’ for Bitpanda Group, for Bitpanda’s regulated German entity. • What you’ll do: Continue development of Bitpanda’s third-party and outsourcing framework including, documentation, assessments, systems and tools implemented across the Group. • The role will report to the CFO and will be part of the Group Risk Management Function. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Risk, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Technology. And potentially represent Bitpanda to external stakeholders, such as regulators.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Outsourcing, Intra Group, Third Party Risk including MaRisk, EBA Outsourcing, PRA SS2/21 and other regulatory equivalents • Experience in developing and operating risk/outsourcing frameworks • Experience in managing third parties, developing Service Level Agreements (SLA) aligned with regulatory guidelines (ideally banking) and industry best practices • Excellent communication in German and English and presentation skills and proven ability to effectively interact with team members, clients and peers, earning their trust and establishing credibility • Minimum of 7+ years focused expertise in Third Party Risk and managing Outsourcing Services
