Description

• Support our Backend and DevOps team. • Gather stakeholder needs and define clear technical requirements. • Support planning and execution. • Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and clarify needs. • Set project goals and measure progress to ensure alignment and transparency. • Have a hands-on approach, with occasional involvement in coding to support the team.

Requirements

• Great stakeholder management skills. • Ability to understand, visualize, and correctly explain complex technical problems. • Ability to set actionable goals and measure for success. • Solid understanding of software development, including experience working closely with engineers. • Hands-on technical expertise and coding skills. • Deep understanding of agile and lean methodologies. • Strong skills in project management, including cost and time estimation methodologies. • Effective communication, writing, and presentation skills in English. • Experience in managing projects in a full-remote environment. • Experience with risk management and quality assurance processes is a plus.
