• Learn to be a power user of Bitsight products • Primary point of contact for driving onboarding plans • Engage with users of free access accounts • Support customers and partners with Bitsight platform • Collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Conduct business reviews for top accounts • Collect feedback to solve product issues • Document interactions, risks, and successes • Develop materials and presentations for training • Respond to internal and external communication timely

Requirements

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Post-sales experience engaging with customers for training/implementation • Experience with customer success tools like salesforce.com and Gainsight • Experience working with sales and customer facing teams • Must be coachable and seek constructive feedback • Experience in project management managing multiple projects to completion • Ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues independently • Security or risk management experience preferred
