📋 Description
• Work with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs • Lead design projects across the product lifecycle • Set vision for user experience and collaborate with stakeholders • Define and execute user experience research • Create diagrams and workflows for design concepts • Generate sketches and high fidelity designs • Build interactive prototypes • Evaluate and improve designs through reviews
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English • Competent in at least one design discipline • Understanding of user-centered design methodologies • Experience using Figma or similar tools • Willingness to learn UX research methods • Ability to work in a collaborative design environment • Experience in fast-paced software development • Strong listening, communication, and critical thinking skills • Persuasive skills to present and defend design decisions • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
