You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Bixal does not provide visa sponsorship. • As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for defining design strategy and delivering exceptional user experiences for complex digital solutions. • This is a call for resumes as we are screening candidates for an upcoming opportunity to support one of our most esteemed federal clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a federal consulting or government environment • Proven track record of leading the design of complex digital solutions for government clients • Strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of UX design skills, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment • Familiarity with accessibility and Section 508 compliance guidelines • Must be able to pass and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
