Description

• Act as direct contact with all other company departments through the Internal Support Desk, managing various types of requests • Analyze and troubleshoot requests received through the Internal Support Desk • Collaborate and advocate with Product and Engineering to proactively improve the product based on user feedback

Requirements

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing complex issues and driving them to resolution • Proficiency in data analysis and querying, with the ability to interpret data and logs • Experience with logging platforms • Familiarity with APIs • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, knowing how to work in a team • Confidence with English (written and spoken level B2)
