Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services by meeting with patients regularly • Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments • Invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive rapport • Provide availability during Blackbird's core after-school hours • Collaborate with other specialty providers to establish an Integrated Treatment Plan • Comply with minimum clinical time expectations per week • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain records • Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate

Requirements

• A passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children and/or adolescents is desired • Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively • Openness to professional and clinical feedback • Appreciative of the value of operating in a collaborative environment • Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness
